James D. Balshi, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Balshi has been in practice since 1987. After graduating from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 1980, he completed his General Surgery internship and residency at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He accomplished a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Boston University Medical Center in 1987. Dr. Balshi is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery with added qualifications in General Vascular Surgery and is a fellow of The American College of Surgeons. He is currently the Co-Director of the Vascular Lab at St. Luke’s Hospital.  
  
 
 
 
 
 


Jay B. Fisher, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Fisher has been in practice since 1989. He is a graduate of Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico and Cooper Hospital University Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Fisher finished his General Surgery residency at Easton Hospital, Easton Pennsylvania in 1988. He completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Boston University Medical center in 1989. Dr. Fisher is board-certified in General Surgery with added qualifications in General Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is a Clinical Associate professor at Hahnemann University. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
Marc A. Granson, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Granson has been in practice since 1983. He graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA in 1977. He then completed his General Surgery internship in 1978 and residency in 1982 from The University of Southern California. Dr. Granson completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 1983 from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a fellow of The American College of Surgeons. Dr. Granson is the Director of the Vascular Lab at St. Luke’s Allentown Hospital and was Chief of Surgery at Muhlenberg Hospital Center from 1990 - 1999.Dr. Granson is currently chief of Surgery at St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network.
 
 
 


 
Timothy C. Oskin, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Oskin has been in practice since 1999. He earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA in 1992. Dr. Oskin completed his General Surgery internship and residency from Washington Hospital Center, Washington DC in 1997. He completed his fellowship from Wake Forest University, Winston Salem-NC in Vascular Surgery and Vascular Surgery research in 1999. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery with added qualifications in General Vascular Surgery. Dr. Oskin became registered by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in 1999.
 
 
 
 
 

 
Joel C. Rosenfeld, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Rosenfeld has been in practice since 1982. A graduate of the Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 1974, he completed his internship and residency in General Surgery in 1979 at the Pennsylvania Hospital and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 1982 at the Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Rosenfeld is board-certified in General Surgery with added qualifications in General Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Rosenfeld has an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania. He is presently the Program Director of the General Surgery Residency at St. Luke’s Hospital.
